Manuel Ortiz has been coaching for the past five years, with 25 years of playing experience. He enjoys teaching kids the skills that he has learned as a player and coach. Coach Manuel is a resident of the City of El Centro and is currently employed with Imperial County’s Department of Public Works Department. He is married with three children.
